My daughter was originally booked at Zugibes Winery over a year in advance of her wedding date. They were very disorganized and asked her to change her date from Sept to July when that weekend became busy with a college parent weekend. Betty was wonderful from our tour of this beautiful barn and grounds to all communication and help before and after the wedding.. she was very organized and we are so happy with how special this day was for my daughter and son in law. The photos are amazing. Do not hesitate to book this venue. Thank you Betty for all you did!

It truly surpassed our expectations and was the perfect spot for our classic & fun wedding. Throughout the whole process, Betty was extremely accommodating in answering my questions and finding ways to make our ideas work. It was so amazing to show up to decorate and see our year + of planning come to life. One thing we really liked about this venue (aside from the beauty and charm), was that we were allowed to bring ALL of our own caterers. Most other venues in the area are exclusive with a food and alcohol caterer, and going that route, costs add up very quickly- so we were happy to find Toganenwood where we could chose our own. The only reason I don't give it 5 full stars was because there is no AC at all on the property. Understandably for the barn reception area where there are fans, but not even in the girls or guys getting ready areas. We had an anomaly of a day in June where temperatures were 97 degrees at full humidity, and quite frankly, we were miserable getting ready. A small AC unit in the getting ready areas would have done the trick! But despite the sweat on an abnormally hot day in June, we had an amazing wedding at Toganenwood Estate, and our guests loved it, too!

Betty and Brian have done a wonderful job restoring the barn and making it very comfortable for guests. When we began looking at barns a big issues for us were bathrooms and caterer. Betty and Brian have SIX bathrooms in the barn, all nicely decorated to match the character of the barn and we were able to use our own caterer which was so nice as many other venues we looked at were limited to specific caterers. The barn is beautifully decorated making decorating easy and I really didn't need to do much! The bridal quarters off to the side of the main floor were perfect for getting ready, it made us feel very relaxed and not rushed. It also worked as a perfect space for my 2 year old nephew to go with his babysitter when he was tired and wanted to watch a movie. The barn is super clean and smells wonderful as Betty sprays peppermint oil after each wedding to help keeps the bugs away between events, so clever! The grounds are very well kept and provide beautiful photo opportunities. We decorated the tables with a lot of candles which once the sun went down provided a beautiful ambiance, it was breathtaking! Betty and Brian were so accommodating and accessible throughout the whole weekend. I highly recommend Toganenwood Estates for anyone looking for a barn venue.

It was a wonderful venue and experience. "Splendid, stunning, beautiful, & amazing" are words used by our guests to describe their experience. We took pictures on the grounds all afternoon with bride, groom, bridal party and family in beautiful sunshine. The ceremony was to be held at the gazebo at 4:30 however the rain began just after 3pm. Betty graciously let us use the downstairs fieldstone room for the ceremony which worked out very well. Our reception in the barn, catered by King's Catering was a huge success. The food and service was great. We will have wonderful photos and memories. Thank you Toganenwood!!

If we weren't planing on a destination wedding I would not have looked anywhere else! This estate is beautiful! The charm and the history make it even more special. The half hour we got to spend with Betty on our tour was wonderful. There is no doubt in my mind that her and her husband would give you your DREAM wedding!
