After years of being told that we should open our huge barns and lovely property to others to enjoy for weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, holiday parties, reunions, corporate meetings ... we have decided to do just that!


We have heard that most venues are booked for one or two years ... why wait, we can reserve your wedding date or special event now!! Just give us a call.


Select your own caterer ... No need to rent tables and chairs, we have them. Smoke Free facility! Designated smoking area on site.


Toganenwood is an acronym for the first three owners of the Estate. We are the fourth. 1st owner - Towar - TO, 2nd owner - Ennis - EN, 3rd owner - Gansz - GAN. The WOOD is for the over 80 mature trees on the property and in the 1800s it was known for its many dogwoods and orchards. 'TO GAN EN WOOD'

Fieldstone Barn Cellar for Rehearsal Dinners, Showers, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Events, etc. ... Great space with 12' and 14' ceilings. Horse stalls on one side with 1950 theater chairs. Adds a lounge affect. Tables, Chairs included.


Enjoy the rustic historic barn by the water to enjoy family and friends when celebrating your special event.

  • 24 x 12 Deck (4ft over the water, 8ft on property).
  • 200 year old Sycamore Tree - great photo op.
  • Park-like Setting with perennial gardens and over 80 mature trees.
  • Office / Dressing Room w/ Bath & Kitchenette. No hair or nails can be done in dressing room and shower is not hooked up so unavailable.
  • 4 Bathrooms upstairs includes 1 Handicapped.
  • 3 Bathrooms downstairs includes 1 Handicapped.
  • Caterer Prep Areas with 2 regular sized refrigerators.
  • String Lights throughout - dimmer by main front door.
  • Smart Lights - change to the color of your gowns.
  • WiFi in two locations.
  • Round and Long Tables - Seating for 175 - Inside.
  • Outdoor folding white chairs for 150 guests - you set up and bring them back in before dark.
  • Bar area w/kererators - if you supply your own alcohol you must take your bottles at the end of the event. You will need a qualified bar tender with TIPS training.
  • Cake table made from vintage stereo cabinet.
  • Parking Areas on the lawn for 75+ cars. Carpool to Ext 42 share a ride parking lot to conserve space. Grass plastic mesh under grass by garage.
  • Dance Floor w/ Chandelier.
  • Ceiling Fans and floor fan.
  • Bales of Hay for sitting spotted around the barn.
  • Loft seating for 48 - beautiful photo op looking down on the celebration. Everything in the loft MUST stay there. Do Not move any furniture to the main floor.
  • Water Cooler - saves on the cost and carrying of water bottles. We supply the water, you supply the cups. If you prefer plastic bottles, take them home with you at the end of the evening so they can be recycled.
